    连系石洞口污泥处置二期项目的鼓泡流化床燃烧炉工艺设想和调试环境,经由过程研究分歧工况下半干污泥的燃烧特征,取得燃烧进程中发生的烟气污染物NOx、SO2、CO的排放数据,阐发了一次风量、污泥给料量和污泥含水率对烟气污染物排放特征的影响,并对燃烧炉机能查核时代CEMS在线检测系统检测到的各烟气污染物目标与《糊口垃圾燃烧年夜气污染物排放尺度》(DB 31/768—2013)进行比力,成果显示,烟气污染物全数达标。同时,经由过程研究污泥燃烧工艺的运转特征和烟气污染物排放特征,给出了污泥燃烧炉燃烧工况节制的建议。
    Abstract:
    The design and debugging of a bubbling fluidized bed incinerator in Shidongkou sludge treatment phase Ⅱ project were analyzed. The incineration characteristics of semi-dry sludge under different working conditions were investigated, and the emission data of pollutants such as NOx, SO2and CO in the flue gas produced in the incineration process were obtained. The influence of primary air volume, sludge feed volume and sludge moisture content on emission characteristics of the pollutants in the flue gas was analyzed. The pollutants indicators of flue gas detected by CEMS online detection system during the performance evaluation period were compared with those specified in Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Municipal Solid Waste Incineration (DB 31/768-2013), and the results showed that all the pollutants in the flue gas conformed to the requirements of the standard. Based on the operation characteristics of the sludge incineration process and the emission characteristics of the pollutants in the flue gas, the suggestions on control of combustion condition in sludge incinerators was given.
